STATE & NATIONAL: in Burlington, Vt., the man who shot 3 Palestinian -American students has been charged in the heinous shooting of the 3 students. Today, Jason J Eaton has been brought up on felony charges whike the state of Vermont pursues hate crime evidence.

"I've been waiting for you...", Eaton's comment made to arresting police on Sunday
'There is no question..." that the shooting of 3 Palestinian students was a hate crime, Vermont Attorney General, stated that the state has not linked hate crime evidence to tge shooting while the situation is being investigated for such felony crimes.
The violence that was caused at the hand of an unprovoked shooter left the three Palestinians students injured. The shooter, Jason Eaton, a 48 yr old resident of Burlington , Vt. received police with his hands up on Sunday as police searched the building where Eaton is a resident.
According to the report, 2 of the students shot by Eaton were wearing Palestinian head-dress at the time they were shot. Injured in the shooting were Hishan Awartani of Brown University, Kinnan Ahmad, a Trinity College student and Taseen Aliamahd, Haverford College.
Injuries to each of the students appear not to be fatal with, however, an exception made to a chest injury sustained by Taseen Abdulhamad. Awartani was shot in the spine and Amhad sustained gun shot to the buttocks.
The report made by conscious victims indicated that the 3 students were standing outside the building while engaged in conversation with non- Palestinian whites. Gunfire cut through the group while only the Palestinian students sustained injury.
Today, Unvle of Abdulhamad is among others who have stated that it is nearly impossible to believe that the shooting of the 3 Palestinian students could have been an act of random shooting.
In court, Monday, Eaton plead not guilty to the shootings.
