NATION: Back in the swing. this weekend Republicans announce plans for returning to taking steps that will result in making changes in the Electoral College. The plans devised by members ofthe GOP, led by Senator Lindsey Graham, are the party’s second attempt at making adjustment while former President Donald Trump appears to be tge force behind the pressures being put on Republicans.
