The report indicates that the remains of the six hostages, included Hersh Goldberg-Polin. The 6 bodieswere found by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in an underground tunnel in the Rafah area of southern Gaza.
The other hostages identified were Carmel Gat, Eden Yerushalmi, Alexander Lobanov, Almog Sarusi, and Master Sgt. Ori Danino.
According to the information received from Israel, the hostages were taken by Hamas during the attack on October 7, 2023.
The recent discovery of the hostages has led to significant public outcry in Israel, with many demanding a cease-fire to ensure the safe return of remaining captives.
