US & GLOBAL: On Saturdays, following a warning by to evacuate the Al-Shifa hospital, thousands of Palestinians who once used the hospital form their only form of refuge are leaving the facility involuntarily. Today, the Israeli government has stated tge exodus is not an act of force imposed by Netanyshu. No one, in Israel has assumed responsibility to the evacuation.

The report from Israel described a situation as 460 patients, hospital staff, doctors and refugees began vacating the Al-Shifa . One direction taken by all was the southern area possibly the same move from Gaza City made by millions of others during the first hours of tge Hamas attack on Israel.
Health Minister for Gaza commented in regard to the exodus of infants, patients in wheelchairs and those left behind.
In Gaza City, there are no other medical facilities capable of intake at tge high volume of that which Al-Shifa had been treating whike , Aldo, housing more than 5000 Palestinian refugees. Al- Bursh stated that of tge 500 doctors on staff, several remained at Al-Shifa, today, awaiting UN evacuation efforts along with 150 patients who are unable to walk or be wheeled out of the tge hospital.
