Former Porn Actress & Film Producer, Stormy Daniels Testifies In Trump Hush Money Trial

STATE & NATIONAL: In the Manhattan hush money trial involving former US President Donald Trump, today, it was despite all the efforts made at blocking the testimony of Trump's former surreptitious, romantic associate, Stormy Daniels, that broke through the blockade. Today, Daniels' testify was delivered to the court referencing the sordid details surrounding the Trump-Daniels relations and subsequent agreement to pay the one time adult film producer the sum of $130,000 dollars. By Anne M. Erbynstein "I agree with you that she’s got some credibility issues... so it’s more important for the people to establish some information." --Judge Juan Merchan Today, as the testimony of Stormy Daniels approached the time that the former Trump romantic mate would appear in the court, Trump lawyers approached the court to request that prosecutors be prohibited from bringing Daniels to the stand. According to the report, Judge Juan Merchan responded by declining to approve Trump attorneys' request. Trump attorneys petitioned Judge Manchen in regard to blocking the testimony involving a 2006 event that occurred at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course--the event involved a one time sexual interlude between Daniels and Trump. During a confrontation between Judge Merchan and one of trump's lawyers, Susan Necheles stated her concern that the details of the activities conducted between Trump and Daniels was not significant and was, therefore, unnecessary to be disclosed during Daniels' testimony. Countering comments by Susan Necheles, DA prosecutor, investigation division chief Susan Hoffinger, stated that while the details would not be descriptive of the defendant's physical organs, however, the details involving activities, the DA investigators stated, would be significant. Judge Merchan disagreed with attorney Susan Necheles stating that the event details would be important to be disclosed to the court during Daniel's testimony. Judge Merchan reacted to Necheles comments, made in regard to Daniel's credibility as if the statement would render Daniels as a less credible witness. The opposite was true, Merchan, thereafter, stated that it is Daniels credibility that is significant in the trial. Merchan, however, agreed that the tawdry details would not be necessary to be disclosed in court.

In court, portions of Daniels testimony were segments of the 2018 book she authored containing descriptive of her impression of the events that transpired as she engaged in the detail involving sexual activity with Trump. The book's details would, also, describe Daniels' impression of Trump's anatomical effects. The trial, today, proceeded with much unpleasantness. Daniels had been accused of making money following her interlude with Trump. While on the stand, Daniels retorted in regard to her encounter with Trump stating that it has, also, "...cost... a lot of money." While the case involving Trump's payment of hush money seemed, at the outset, to involve any reflection of the former President's illicit comportment, such that involved events that transpired prior to his presidency, ultimately, as the testimony by Daniels was heard, the case seemed to take a turn arriving at a disagreement on who owes money to whom. While on the witness stand, Stormey Daniels commented, "I hope I don't have to pay him no matter what happens."
