Hope For Temporary Ceasefire Dashed- IDF States The Plan Is Merely Commentary

US & GLOBAL: Today in Israel, the situation continues as that which has prohibited the entry of more than one hundred trucks carrying humanitarian aid across the Rafah border. In the most recent report on the requests made by US officials, Israel has indicated that a ceasefire would be hazardous and has, subsequently, declined to adhere to US requests. Today, while the news supporting a temporary or even intermittant ceasefire spread across the barriers of humanitarian concern. this morning IDF officials have indicated that a temporary ceasefire has not transpired. By Anne M. Erbynstein "We’re seeing people move, tens of thousands, even though there is pressure from Hamas not to let them go." -Lt. Col. Richard Hecht On Thursday, reports from Israel have disclosed factual data involving the plan for a temporary ceasefire. Today, members of the IDF have stated that such plans have been limited to mere consideration adding that no action have been taken involving a tactical , local pause to facilitate the entry of tracks delivering humanitarian aid. Aiming at ensuring that aid is being ade to residents and others along the northern Gaza border, the white House has not seen the followthrough on its plans for delivering to the people who, today, are facing desolation with no provisions of food, water and other essential daily needs. The pause requested through White House sources are responding to the standing Israeli humanitarian policy. The pause would result in a four hour period of ceasefire through out the day and over the next dasy to ensure that all humitarian deliveries are able to enter the northern Gaza region uninterrupted and unharmed. According to a message delivered by Israeli military officials, the pause would, also, open a thoroughfare that would allow for civilians to travel from the north to the southern regions of the Gaza. Lt Colonel Richard Hecht has indicated that south Gaza is a much safer region for civilians during the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas. Hecht has indicated that the IDF has taken steps to negotiate for the expansion of time to permit more norther Gaza residents to travel to the southern region.

Israeli military officials have confirmed that the planned pause is merely a "tactical movement allowing travel from the north by residents who , following the shutting down of the egyptian border, remained shut off from the established refuge accessed by more than 2 million Gaza residents.
