Massive 6,041 Acre S. Texas Ranch Land --The OJW Ranch Selling for Under $30m


STATE & NATIONAL: On Friday, the owners of the OJW Ranch, located near the city of corpus Christi, has placed their property up for sale. The OJW Ranch is a 6, 041 acre parcel that is, also, home to frolicking Whitetail deer. The owner, the Kiliam Oil company family has indicated that their desire to continue with maintaining the vast land has changed and the family is ready to sell. By Anne M. The OJW ranch is , also, a notable farming area complete with corn and cotton products that stretch across more than 750 acres of the ranch land. With exact coordinates situating the OJW in Bee and San Patricio counties --only 35 miles northwest of suburban Corpus Christi, Texas,--there is no question that the ranch is an expansive property. Two miles of paved private road provides access to the ranch from the main gate off Farm to Market Road 79612.   


Vastly furnished with significant amenities at the headquarters, the ranch is equipped with cattle handling facilities, breeding pens, horse stables with eight stalls, a tack room, and a round pen.
