Haitian G9 Leader Fights Current Henry Regime Corruption


US & GLOBAL: In a statement made involving the current state of virtual war violence in Haiti, former police officer now gang leader, Jimmy “Barbeque” Cherizier, expressed his plan for continuing in the same path taken to overthrow Haiti’s current government regime. Cherizier stated, today, his army is prepared to continue fighting for an indefinite extent of time.

Today, Jimmy Cherizier is the 46 year d leader of the G9, a coalition of fighters that has become the most notorious in Haiti.


In Haiti, Cherizier issues warnings to Haitian President, Ariel Henry threatening to continue the ongoing engagement in violence if Henry refuses to step down.


Cherizier recently stated his request for reopening clear access to Port au Prince. Henry has not commented, however, Cherizier has issued warnings with his ultimatums while stating that the G9 will end attacks against the Haitian police station.


Today, police stations across Haitian cities are not the only government facilities attacked by the G9. Cherizier has conducted violent strikes against Haiti’s government buildings and the palatial residence of president Henry.


Cherizier has stated that the current system is corrupted by oligarchs and corrupt politicians. The G9’s have stated their plan for removing President Henry adding that the overthrow effort will continue as Cherizier imposes violent attacks to remove the corrupt Henry regime.


Referring to himself as “ Barbeque,” the G9 leader has indicated that he is not seeking to become Hati’s president adding that the decision is left to the people. Cherizier states that he considers himself a mere servant ofthe people.


Recently, Cherizier has indicated that the impression taken from US involvement leaves many Haitian residents feeling that their nation is being mistreated.


This month, following the talks held between US State Department officials and Jimmy Cherizier, the U.S. that once backed President Henry has adjusted its position. The U.S. has appeared to side with G9 regime in its plan for ridding Haiti of the current corrupt government.
