Putin Avoids ICC Arrest Warrant -Russian President Travels To Qatar & Other Gulf Regions

US & GLOBAL: In a rare meeting that transpired on Wednesday between Vladimyr Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Riyadh, the Russian President extends his travels to the Arab Gulf region, also, meeting with members of the United Arab emirates. Putin is, also, expected to make a trip to Qatar with plans for announcing the repatriation from russia of 6 Ukrainian children. By Anne M. Erbynstein


Today's arrival in the Arab Gulf states is regarded by Putin and the Kremlin as a safety net following the Russian President's realization of criminal claims made resulting from the effects of Ukraine war and the ICC's issuance of an arrest warrant. The arab nations are not subject to adhering to the International Criminal Court law.


A trist that developed as Putin set his sights on Saudi's Arabia and meeting with the Crown Prince, revolves around Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit with CP Muhammad Salman in May and August not to mention Ukraine's month by month correspondence that followed Zelensky's requests for Salman's support for Ukraine.


More than Zelensky, Putin may find reason for concern over this weeks talks with Salman which will cover the two government's relations, the situation in the Israel - Palestine war and the very fluid Arab oil market.


Putin's visit to Qatar woukd not return an empty basket. In addition to oil deals and extra national relations, Qatar, also, negotiated an agreement with tge Russian emmissary to have 6 minor children returned to Ukraine. The children slated for release immediately, travel to Ukrsine by waynof Belarus and should be home safely by today.
