South African Government Files Charges of Genocide Against Israel w/ ICJ

US & GLOBAL: The climate for genicide has remsined unchanged given one exception-- that which has been brought against S Africans by tge Israel government. As the new year 2024 begins, the government of Douth Africa files charges against Israel involving he Israeli hovernment's time in forcing genicide upon S African residents.

At the International Court of Justice (ICJ) the last 2 days of arguments have been heard involving allegations claimed by S Africa agsinst Israel. Included in the trial are details associated with the 1948 Convention on Genocide, and the prospective idea that will determine whether Usrael is imposing acts of genocide upon the people of Gaza to , according to the charges. "...destroy a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, in whole or in part."


Israel is under pressure imposed by the ICJ while an international alliance is requesting Israel to engage in taking steps to end the violence agsinst resident of Gaza.


Recently, following the petition out fourth by the S. African division ofthe ICJ, Israel cited S Africa for "...provisional measures..." while stating that the possibility exists for Hamas to remain at battle against Israel should the IDF put down their arms.


Subsequent to the vlsims made by Israel, the S African government stated a rewuedtbto Israrlnin an 84 page document asking Israel to , "...protect against further, severe and irreparable harm to the rights of the Palestinian people".


Today, tge conclusion formed following the day's ICJ meeting, such that had been formed in regard to Israel, the Gaza and its residents there is a described by the ICJ as Israel's plan to kill as many, if not all, residents of Gaza, ultimately destroying the population of Palestinians .
