Earlier in the month, Tom Jones represented the American Accountability Foundation in a letter forwarded to the Georgia state Bar in which comments were made to fjord complaints against Fulton County District Attorney, Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor , Nathan Wade.
In this, the AAF's most recent battle undertaken to oppose democracy, the group has made an effort to use their influence to persuade the Georgia state bar to reprimand both Willis and Wade alleging that there were indiscretions that were committed by the top Georgia attorneys.
The AAF states that there were ethical violations committed by the attorneys, indicating that the Georgia state Bar should possibly investigate further and find the comportment of the Fulton District Attorney and Special Prosecutor in the Trump RICO Act violations trial intolerable.
Jones makes the perfidious attempt at requesting the Georgia state Bar to revoke Fani Willis' license in a statement which read, "...revoke Ms. Willis' license to practice law and permanently bar her from practicing law."
The American accountability Foundation filed its complaint in a section that remains accessible by the general public and is situated at the State of Georgia Bar. The Georgia Bar has the authority to take disciplinary actions under such circumstance that an attorney is found to have committed an act in violation of the Bar's ethics policy(s).
The state of Georgia Bar has engaged in measures to suspend 8 licenses and has reinstated 8 licenses.
Both Willis and Wade have stated that romantic ties did exist between them during a period of time following the Special Prosecutor's hire by the Fulton County District Attorney, however, there has been no mention of any action that may have been taken by the State of Georgia Bar while the disqualification hearings involving District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor, Nathan Wade remain ongoing.
