NATION: Today, US Vice President Kamala Harris met with the families of 5 American hostages, 4 of whom are currently held in some area of the Gaza Strip. According to the report issued by the White House, Vice President Harris spoke with the families of Edan Alexander, Sagui Dekel-Chen, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Omer Neutra and Keith Seigel. The Biden administration continues to work toward bringing each of the US hostages home to reunite them with their families.

On Tuesday, US Vice President Harris stated that the lives of 3 Americans taken hostage by Hamas; Itsy Chen, Gad Haggai, Judy Weinstein will not be forgotten.
Harris spoke in regard to the US and other hostages who were taken into hiding by Hamas and have remained hostages of Hamas for 186 days. Today, Vice President Harris commented in regard to the impact of antisemitism and the affects of it as imposed by Hamas--the group of vile and vicious anarchists Harris refers to as "brutal terrorists." In her condemnation of the Hamas Vice President Harris cited the group as a brutal terrorist organization, that must be eliminated. Harris commented vehemently in opposition to the Hamas sexual attacks' the violence that reaffirms the threat of Hamas in view of the sovereign nation of Israel.
Harris spoke with compassion as the stories of the family members of the hostages and those whose lives were lost unfolded. Numerous tales of pain and unfathomable heartache, mental torture and the antagonism that is pervasive when thinking of a loved one helplessly trapped in the hands of savage beasts who conduct themselves in a manner that revelas their total absence of concern and regard for human life. In the hands of Hamas terrorists, what is unveiled as wholly likely is that women have been brutalized; attacked and used as sexual tools by Hamas terrorists. The very evidence of these events surround the lives of , at least, two American women who, quite likely , blatantly refused to submit to the abuse and as a result , their lives were ended.
The lives of Judy Weinstein, the wife of Gadi Haggai and 19 year old Naama Levy, each of them taken hostage in October 7 are American and Jewish heros. Both of their lives taken as the cost of being a woman amid a sudden and unexpected violent attacks brought against Israel.
There was. also, the US -Israeli citizen Itay Chen who was killed while being held as a hostage by Hamas. Each of these US citizens are, Todsy, shown tge honor of those who stood for US liberty and gave their lives for that in which they Aldo honored and believed. Vice President Harris was certain to reassure the families that their loved ones lives remain uppermost in thought and in heart and the Biden-Harris administration proceeds with implementing every possible effort to bring their family members home. During her meeting with families, Harris recanted the fact that some 240 hostages were taken on October 7, 2023. Among those, 5 Americans remained held hostage in the hands of Hamas terrorists. Vice President Harris, also, updated the families on the continued and unceasing efforts being made for the release of all; hostages while efforts include an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Vice President Harris , also, spoke with the Ruby and Dagui Demel-Chen, mother and father of young Itay Chen, a 19 year old young man whose memory exists as the only remaining corporeality had of him by his family . The Vice President stated, today, that the Biden - Harris administration remains committed to bringing home the remains of those confirmed as being deceased.
