In Georgia, former Trump Chief of Staff pressed the court, last week, for a shift in ptosevutorynkevrls,m. Whike Meafows attorneys appealed to the Grorhia court for change, Chief Judge William Pryor stated some question about Meadows being eligible for such a shift in the process of his state felony trial.

Meadows is one among 18 members of the former Trump presidential administration , each of the 18, including Trump, charged by Georgia Attorney General Fani Willis, with indictments involved in RICO activities.

In the course of Meadows pursuit for a shift from state to federal court trial, Willis has indicated that her office would not oppose the petition. Today, however, attorneys for Meadows have remained unable to convince the 3 judge panel of the former Trump Chief of Staff's pleadings.

On Friday, Fulton County court judge , Abufu, commented in reference to Meadows' violations of the Hatch Act stating that the court woukd find it impossible to reconcile Meafiws actions, in that regard, with not having found any argument presented that make it possible to separate the former Chief from his apparent violations.

According to the Fulton County indictment, Meadows is one of five Trump influencers who signed documents associated with the DA's report of haviing located more than 17,000 unlawfully counted votes. The document an alleged as being Georgia's docalled officials' were , also, signed by one of former President Tgump'sTrump's Justice Department Officials, Jeffrey Clark

The argument put forth by Meadows attorneys voukd not be grounded, according to the court, in any well founded cause such that might reflect the current proceedings and such a process that, while considering the position had by Meafiws as a former chief of staff woukd, however, fail to be assessed as having any baring on the federal government snd the office of the President because Meafiws is not currently a federal official.

On Friday, the court's comments, led by Judge William Pror, indicated that some consideration for Meadows' petition would be further assessed should Meadows currently serve as a chief of staff.-- a position that, under the circumstances involving the trial, may have a direct impact on the office of the President.

Despite Meadows attorney's comments acknowledging the defendant's current non government status, George Terwilliger, made disconcerted attempts at landing on the prospective notion that Meadows' state level trial procedings might have such an impact as to TGAT which eoukd arrive at "...interfering with federal law in federal courts."

The Meadows state to federal change petition hearing ended without any success on the part of Neadows team of attorneys. The Fulton County appeals court determined the appeal in accordance with the District Court decision , September, 2023, during which the court found that a number of the charges set against tge defendant were established on the basis that they were activities committed outside ofthe limits of Meadows job as U.S. Chief of Staff.
