POLITICS: On Tuesday, North Catolina state board electors added only one name to the primary election ballot--Joseph R Biden. The decision to exclude rival candidate's name to tge ballot , the board stated, was associated with controversial issues tgst ecist between parties.

Today, a report received from North Carolina's board of elections has decided to place President Joe Biden's name on the state's presidentisl debate primaries list. The board elected to exclude the names of Donald J Trump, Ron DeSantis and former U.S. Ambassafmfirvtontge UN Nikki Haley.
As a matter of election policy, a candidate may only be eligible if they have campaigned in the state, and have raised a significant amount of capital. The board observed the fact that neither of tge 3 Republican candidates campaigned in North Carolina.
Affected by the 3 candidate's lack of campaigning in the state of North Carolina is tge state law that contends against any candidate's eligibility to be listed on the state ballot based upon the general rule thst a candidate must be recognized in the U.S. as a principal figure and/or be recognized by the public in North Carolina.
Subsequent to the election board's decision, Republicans advocating for Trump , DeSantis and Haley have filed a lawsuit in tge Republican's plan to challenge the election board's decision.
North Carolina's primary debate will be held on March 5, 2024.
