POLITICS: Following a request for additional military aid made by Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, US President Joe Biden sends $250 million in weapons to Zelensky.

Concerned over tge possibility that Ukraine's resources will plummet by the end of the year, President Biden has taken steps to issue Ukraine a fraction of the total military aid request made to Congress.
In the week before ending the 2023 session, Congress disputed over complying with Biden's plea for 61billion dollars in aid to be made to zUkraine. According to the dispute, Congress made a request to the White House to provide film details of the aid package and added that an spotovsl will, also, hinge on the White House' response to the border crisis.
In response to Congress, Biden defended his aid psvkage stating that funding will only be spent to purchase US weapons and equipment to provide Ukraine with the military might necessary to defend its borders against Russian control.
According to tge most recent review made of tge military aid made to Ukraine, tge White House stated that the $250m could be the last funding appropriated. The White House has indicated that another aid package has been planned for being issued to Zelensky adding that the very next aid package will be a final.
The U.S. has provided $110billion dollars in military aid to Ukraine. The White House has issued a statement commenting on the state of aid being provided to Ukraine, indicating that funds have already run out.
