In the last weeks of his campaign, President Biden has stated his major platform for a 2nd term. Biden has indicated that his 2nd administration will continue to fight for a number of things that will serve tge American public.

Involving comments made in regard to the plans for a 2nd term Biden has stated that his administration will continue the fight for women’s reproductive freedom. One point that was made in regard to the Supreme Court and its reversal of Roe v Wade is the apparent imposed impact of interception of the inherent freedoms of Americans.

During the 2023 argument, the Supreme Court pointed to the fact that the U.S. Constitution does not afford women any right to abortion. This citation is fact, however, the US Constitution does uphold the liberties of American citizens and the right to exercise their freedom.

While it is factual that the Supreme Court is under no obligation to uphold women’s reproductive rights, the court is neither circumspect in denying a women’s right to choice.

It may, otherwise be a much more poignant decision on the part of the U.S. Supreme Court to relieve the state and federal government of any obligation to finance abortion, therefore avoiding standing in the way of a woman’s right to exercising her own choice —to which every American is afforded the freedom.

Most recently President Joe Biden stated that he will not further permit the denial by the U.S. Supreme Court of a woman’s reproductive freedom. The 2nd Biden administration will see the overturning of the rescinded 1973 law that approved Roe v Wade.

In addition to the matter involving Toe v Wade, President Biden has indeed outlined his major platform for a second term, focusing on completing the goals he set during his first term. His reelection pitch to voters is to let him "finish the job," with a continued emphasis on civil rights, taxes, and social services

Biden's second-term agenda aims to continue bipartisan victories on infrastructure projects and public funding for the domestic computer chip industry. However, many of his goals will require cooperation from Congress, which has been a challenge in the past.

Biden's campaign has expressed confidence that his agenda will resonate with voters, contrasting it with the Republican platform. The campaign has described the election as a choice between fighting for the middle class or supporting rich special interests.

In addition to policy goals, Biden has made defending American democracy a cornerstone of his administration, which stands in contrast to former President Donald Trump's actions following the 2020 election

Biden commits to serving a full second term if reelected, which would make him 86 years old when he leaves office.
