Former United States First Lady, Rosalynn Carter- Homegoing Ceremony

NATION: On today, the going home ceremony for tge US former First Lady, Rosalyn Carter, 96, was attended by former US President Jimmy Carter and hundreds of others.

Gathering in inthe sanctuary of the Emory Univerdity church to pay last respects, hundreds gathered in Druid Hills, Georgia, joining the former U.S. President Jimmy Carter during the last rites ceremony performed for Rosalyn Carter, ( August 1927- November, 2023)..

Rosalyn Carter's ceremony was, also, attended by former US President Bill Clinton, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and the current and former first ladies — Jill Biden, Melania Trump, Michelle Obama, Laura Bush and Hillary Clinton.

Eulogiescwere delivered by tge daughter of President and Tosalynn Carter, Amy Carter and the Carter's grandson, Jason Carter.

Today's service, held at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church on the Emory University campus, was not attended by former Presidents, Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
