Neither ofthe 3 survived Israeli soldiers gunfire.

Israeli soldiers situated in the Gaza's Shujsiyeh region, one of the locstions Hamas terrorists indicated,weeks ago, that Israeli hostages were being held. The release of the 3 hostages occurred at night, at a time when visibility was difficult and, according to reports, Israeli soldiers were stricken with uncertainty and fear.
Moment after the 3 shirtless men emerged, spotiaching to only 10 meters in tge distance, one of tge Israeli doldiers opened fire. The first shot fired led tomultiple gun shots and in moments subsequent to the initial gunshot, all 3 soldiers; Yotam Haim, 28 years old; Samer Talalka, 25; and Alon Shamriz, 26, lay dead.
Following their immense error, IDF officials ruled the shootings as a total wrongdoing, the Israel soldiers committed an act that violated rules of military law.
Today, prompted by tge shooting, Israel defense department has redistributed to Israeli soldiers instructions on the rules surrounding the military law that must be followed by soldiers amid war violence .
In the wake of tge deaths of three hostages, Israel Prime Minister, Netanyahu is being confronted by government authorities among whom Netanyahu has been cautioned to review hostage reception steps and, subsequently, arrive at a more safe and sure measure for the release ofthe next 130 Israeli hostages.
