On Friday, Vice President Harris commented in regard to legislation THST will change the face of gun control among US citizens under age 21. According to the new law, under age Americans will lose the right to pissess as mane as 500 fire arms .
The Harris report indicates that 500 fire arms have been purchased illegally and that the new federal law has imposed stops on purchases made by U.S. citizens who are under age 21.
Adopted by the federal government and states across the nation also uphold the Act, the Bioartisan Safer Commujities Act impose effects due process protection while imposing strict and comprehensive legislation.
In the more recent events that have transpired in moving the BSCA, Sec.12004 of the new Act cites , as a crime, the act of trafficking illegal firearms into the United States. Included in the Act is the crime of making " straw purchases..." -- the act of purchasing a firearm for someone else, in particular, a fire arm that is purchased for a child or for a person under age 21.
Vice President Harris stated that what is needed is an assault weapons ban and states that Congress has to take action to establish these necessary laws.
