STATE & NATIONAL: A press conference held by the Mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner, resulted in the Mayor's scolding aimed at KPRC reporter, Smy Davis. During the press vonference, Turner expressed his impression about Davis saying, Amy you are rude.

Over a number of recent weeks, KPRC reporter, Amy Davis has investigated a matter of Houston water bills , such that have reached unreasonable proportions, according to Davis.
During the press conference, Davis mentioned having had a runnin with Nayor Turner years ago. Mayor Turner spun on the mention, stating that it was then, several years ago. that he was done with her , Davis' rudeness being the Mayor's reason for tge reporter's dismissal.
Mayor Gurner commented stating that Davis' rude disposition us unprofessional adding his impression that Davis is not a quality representative of tge KPRC TV Channel 2.
Davis openly accused Mayor Turner of "...running..." from question that are important to the public. Mayor Turner followed up by having Amy Davis escorted by security after her persistence at challenging whether the Mayor denied payment to workers. Mary, the Mayor's security, peacefully escorted Davis our as she, tge reporter, Aldo, relented.
