POLITICS: It seems there might be some confusion or misinformation regarding the “Dread Scott clause.” According to findings, there is no such “ Dread Scott , clause in the U.S. Constitution.

In recent months during the U.S. election climate of rivalry between former President Fonald Trump and DNC Candidate for President, Vice President, Kamala Harris, there have been instances where former President Trump has questioned the eligibility of candidates based on their birthplace. Trump has, often referring to the “natural-born citizen” requirement for presidential candidates.

In today’s example, Trump previously questioned Kamala Harris’s eligibility, despite her being born in Oakland, California.

The type of claims made by the former President are similar to the “birther” conspiracy theories that questioned Barack Obama’s birthplace.

The repeated reference to birthed right rolls out from the Trump team as a vicious attack that is, for no factual purposes seem to be a baser level attack against the race of his rival candidate.

If for any other reason that Trump blatantly comments made in regard to both Obama and Harris’ birthplace are not racially motivated, then it may be said that the former President may be suffered by a touch of dementia while seeming unable to reconcile with the fact that the city of Oakland is located just miles from New Mexico in the Holden State of California.
