Judge Alia Moses ruled, today, that Texas state officials would not have authorization to circumvent the decision made by Biden. Texas attempted to stop the plan by federal official to remove the barrier.
Today's federal order represents a reversal of a previous judgement that preserved the Texas temporary restraining order to block the entry of illegal aliens determined by tge court last week.
While the Biden order to cut down the restraining barrier, the President's decision to remove the contains wire will move forward the plan by the Biden administration to protect the entry of illegal migrants seeking refuge in the United States.
President Biden has backed a decision to provide funding to alien refugees to utilize national parks as a site of safe asylum for hundreds of thousands of alien migrants. The President's safe haven plan continues to face opposition by MAGA Republicans.
