Orange County 9 Year Old Killed In Bus Run Over Accident

STATE & NATIONAL: Today in the state of Florida, a () year old boy died after he crawled under a school bus. On Thursday, a final disclosure provided by the Orange County Medical Examiner indicated that the young child died as a result of head trauma.

On Wednesday, Elias Marshall Rodriguez suffered fatal injuries after running underneath a school bus that dropped him off at his home. The report made by police indicated that 9 year old Rodriguez ran under the bus apparently not considering that the bus remsinefmd in motion.

The police report Ststes that Elyas ran to the back ofthe bus as it was driving away and proceeded to crawl under the bus. Orlando Police reported that the 9 year old was struck by one ofthe rear wheels and instantly killed.

The Orange County Superintendent, offered condolences to the family of Elyas Rodrigues stating his sorrow for the sudden event involving the accident that ended the child's life.

Elyas Rodriguez was, also, a Lukemia sufferer, diagnosed at age 2 years.

Police stated that the accident provides inconclusive information creating a cause for an investigation to be conducted by Orange County polilce.
