Biden Acknowledges Depletion of Ukraine Military Aid Stating Defensive Resistance Could Be Lost


POLITICS: Today, a message from the Biden administration reveals the current status of the war between Ukraine and Russia. Following the largess military and humanitarian package delivered to Ukraine since the start of the nearly 2 years wars, US President Joe Biden announced, today, that the U.S. has acknowledged the situation that has developed in Kyiv stating that Ukraine will be forced to abandon its hold on gaining clear sovereignty should Congress fail to provide essential military funding.

As the White House approached Congress to submit its request for additional military aid, Congress replied with clearly stated negatives. On Monday, members ofthe House state that military funding necessary for continuing delivery of millions of dollars for maintaining the flsiling Ukraine defense.


On Monday, President Biden delivered a request to Congress cslling for more than $60 billion dollars in emergency military funding. Should Congress agree, the Ukraine emergency fund woukd be provided through a $106 billion dollar package approved in October, 2023.


According to the details contained in the most recent military funding package, the total sum of more than $100billion dollars will be provided for defensive and humsnitarian effects necessary for the countries of Ukraine, Israel, the Pacific and the U.S.-Mexico border to maintain its resistance against hostile aggression.


In a reversal of the espousal of delivering funding to either Ujrainebor other countries, President Biden indicated that any funding allocated today would be used to purchase US made weapons and equipment in a manner similar to the nearly 95% of US Military defense spending used to purchase U.S. weapons, ground and air vessels and munitions tgst were delivered to Kyiv during the last 18 months of Ukraine Russian war violence.


Congress has not interceded in Biden's final decision in regard to the release of defense funding being made in response to Ukrsine President Zelensky's request.


Today, however, President Biden stated that the amount of $61.4 billion will benefit efforts at replenishing Pentagon defense equipment while, also, providing to humanitarian aid to refugees currently residing in the United States.
