STATE & NATIONAL: On Friday, Fulton County Dustrift Attorney, Fani Willis, delivered an astounding statement made in response to claims stated by Ashleigh Merchsnt(, a Trump team member, Michael Roman's attorney, who was responsible for making allegations involvement in making unauthorized financial payments made to Nathan Wade, Deputy DA hired by Fulton County as a Spevial investigator in the Trump indictment of RICO Act violation case.

Today, the Fulton County court indicated that Atlanta Georgia area DA, Fani Willis, made disclosure of information involving the travels engaged in by Special Prosecutor, Nathan Wade. Willis issued statements surrounding Wade's financed travels stating that the trips paid for by the county were those taken by Wade during the investigation of the Trump case. Wade was named alongside Willis as a travel companion.

Mrs Wade, produced documents that cited travels by Mr. Wade and DA Willis on flights to Miami on October 2022 and San Francisco in April 2023.
In court on Thursday, following a quashed subpoena requesting her to appear in the Cobb County court on Friday, DA Willis charged that the wife of Special Prosecutor, Nathan Wade, is "...obstructing and interfering with an ongoing criminal prosecution."
In her most recent statement, filed in the Atlanta court, Fulton County DA, Willis commented in regard to Mrs Wade, stating that she "...conspired with interested parties in the criminal election interference case to use the civil discovery process to annoy, embarrass and oppress District Attorney Willis.”
District Attorney, Fani Willis did not appear in the divorce court trial of Nathan and Joycelyn Wade that was held in Cobb County on Friday. .
Subsequent to the trial filed by Fulton County DA Fani Willis and Special Prosecutors, Nathan Wade, indicting 19 of Trump's closest White House associates on RICO Act violations, the court will hear claims on February 15 filed by former Trump associate Attorney , Ashleigh Merchant. The 02/15 hearing will peruse claims made by Merchsnt alleging unsavory activities involving Willis and Wade in association with travel and expense cost assed by the DA and Special Prosecutor during trips made during the Trump RIVO Act violations investigation. in tge years 2022-2023..
