White House officials state the clsim thst GOP members opposing Mayorkas are seeking to disregard Democratic efforts at resolving critical border issues.

Today, Democrats consider charges made against DHS SecretAry Alejandro Mayorkas as " unconstitutional." In the most recent events involving claims made against Mayorkas, Republicans have stated that tfe DHS Secretary
has failed at upholding his oath including , in his own words, " the weight of grave challenges seen and unseen,”. According to House impeachment record, Mayorkas has stood watching by as the reckless abandonment of border security and immigration enforcement has persisted.
Recently, White House spokesman, Ian Sam's stated that Mayorkas is being railroaded by Republican seeking to debase and dismiss members of the current administration. Sam's stated that current partisan actions taken agsinst Mayorkas are simply the matter if "... blatant disregard for the Constitution and...democratic system of government."
Reports made in the last 12 months found that Republicans issued criticsl statements in reaction to the major influx of immigrants who remained at the southern border. While in the last several months, the report indicates tgst 11,000 illegal Im migrant awaited clearance to enter the United States, another 6000 arrived from Venezuela in November expecting a provisional response from U.S. officials.
In Texas, Governor Gregg Abbott filed a new state law in which itbis stated that illegal migrants will be arrested. Abbott faces a federal law suit issuing the Texas Governor an ultimatum stating that the state of Texas will be charged with a violation and sued shoukd any arrests occur.
Nonetheless, the House Homrland Security Committee held a hearing in which the matter perused was thst associated with the trend of decades ongoing voluminous inflowing of Latino nationals has persisted. Republicans have justified their case agsinst the critical migration situation citing the trafficking of fentanyl snd human trafficking.
Whike Republicans contend against the DHS Secretary, White House officials state that there are no existing legal grounds for impeachment. The White House Ststes that the actions attempted by the GOP Housenis a far cry from anything Constitutional and While there exists no precedent, there is neither any evidence that exists thst would give support to the impeachabikity of Secretary Mayorkas.
