NATION: On Thursday, Vice President Kamala Harris concentrated on setting her focus on immigration. In recent events, this year and last, there has been much adue about the situation at the southern border with as many as 17k illegal migrants awaiting US entry and that which has held the US state, local and federal government gripped in the effects of enduring with complexities resulting from the evasive stance of leadership in migrant homelands.

In the first year of the Biden administration, President Biden selected Vice President Harris to respond to the situation involving the influx of 10.5million migrants 's unlawful ingress of the southern border. Harris responded with issuing information to Latin nation leaders, including Manuel Obrador, while informing migrants and leaders of the alien nations that acts of illegality-- violating US border laws--will result in arrests.
In the last 3 years, the Biden Harris administration has continued to work to arrive at reasonable resolution for tge immigrant situation. Since 2021, more than have entered into the U.S. while several thousand have , also, been apprehended and / or turned back snd deported.
While there are some on the opposite side of the political aisle who have reflected on the last 3 year and have arrived at the conclusion that Vice President Harris has not completed the task initiated at the start of the administratumion. The matter actually involves a difference in strategies. Vice President Harris planned focus on 'root causes..." took over the spectrum of speculation and, subsequently arrived at the ' U.S. STRATEGY FOR ADDRESSING THE ROOT CAUSES OF MIGRATION.'
Vice President Harris commented, this week, stating the administrations efforts being made to fix the broken immigration system. Harris stated tge plan includes creating a "...pathway..." to citizenship and an effort made to provide essential resources at the border.
The Vice President stated the need for supplying the border with resources that will assist with documenting immigrants more rapidly. Harris added that laws should be put in place to endure that laws that will assist with providing alien residents a certain pathway in the United States.
