STATE & NATIONAL; In a final decision by the () court of Manhattan, Judge received the final verdict in the case brought by E Jean Carroll against former U.S. President Donald Trump. Today, the jury returned a guilty verdict indicating that the former U.S. President Donald Trump must pay the plaintiff, Ms Carroll $83.3 million dollars.

For a total of just under $150.3 million dollars, E Jean Carroll succeeds in winning the secual asssult case brought against Donald Trump.
In a previous decision, the Manhattan court ruled in favor of Carroll; the court determining Trump must pay punitive damages and defamation clsims in regard to the apparent sexual assault of E Jean Cartoll.
In the last year of court proceedings, Carroll alleged that Trump grabbed her as she attempted to pass him inthe essayer areas of the establishment while both were patrons at one of New York's well regarded department stores.
Following the verdict, delivered after Trump had already hurriedly left the court room, it had been indicated that the former President eoukd txke steps to enter an appeal to the Manhattan court judgement .
