NATION: Today, Secretery Alejandro Mayorka's concerns for being impeached have been realized. Over the weekend, a report from age House indicates that Mayorkas has been placed on notice.

On Sunday, a report from Washington has described the situation that has developed in the US Congress involving impeachment plans in asdovmviation with the Secretarynof Homeland Security.
According to th report, Mayorkas has been accused of willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law and with the breach of public trust.
Today and prior to the development of the ingress' 2 impeachment Articles, Secretary Mayorkas has denied the claims made against him, his approach to handling the border crisis . Following the announced decision, House Republican, Marjorie Green stated that the Impeachment Articles make "...clear , compelling and irrefutable case..." agsinst Alejandro Mayorkas ..."
In her indictment if Mayorkas, Green went a bit further, stating that the Homeland Security Secretary has breached the public trust by providing false information to Congress. Green stated, also, that Mayorkas obstructed congressional oversight review ofthe DHS.
In regard. to his impeachment, Secretary Mayorkas' offered an arch-like reply to Green's impeachment narrative stating, THST there have been no high crimes or misdemeanor committed at the level of the White House; Biden administration.
According to the reaction to the House impeachment preparation, Department of Homeland Security House Committee officials and others within the DHS have pointed out the fact that the plan being laid out by the House Republicans is unconstitutional. Officials with DHS have indicated that the house has not fulfilled its obligation to present evidence.
Last week, US Speaker ofthe House, Mike Johnson, has stated that a vote will be conducted very soon to determine whether any next steps will be taken.
