On Wednesday, tge ICJ determined that the Russian Federation overlooked the evidence leading to the quite apparent presence of illegal arms trade that occurred in the region of Donesk. Made clear to tge court, there had been a matter of an undisclosed source that provided funding by which the illegal transactions had been conducted.

While portions of Ukraine's dispute reflected on events that transpired during the Russian invasion of Donedk and Luhansk, the reaction to a number of crimes committed by Russian were reflective of the downed aircraft , the Malaysian Flight 17. The ICJ indicated that Russian is likely responsible for tge aircraft's crashing over occupied Fonesk in 2014.

The court concluded that Ukraine's lawsuit , filed in 2017, had been significant. Hague stated that while Ukraine charged Russia with racial discrimination involving the Crimean Tatars , there was reasonable evidence proving that Russian had not protected ethnic Tatars in Crimea which, in turn, resulted in the court's judgement stating Russia's violation of 3 legal concessions.

There had been charges included in the r indictment against Russia indicating that the results of financing terrorism would result in Russia being fined by the Ukraine government. The Hague, however, declined on demanding a financial settlement being issued Ukrsine by Russia.
