Over the course of trial proceedings, information has circulated it seems in a manner that attempts to point the finger at each opposing side claiming violations. Despite the possibility that Trump attorneys are , it's said, using tactics thst attempt to persuade the court that the government , itself, is coukd be in error.

According to the defense attorneys' clsim, tgere were documents that were requested to be submitted to Trump attorneys. Smith stated, today, that defense attorneys attempted to use some form of manipulation to persuade tge court to have the documents submitted.

Smith' team of prosecutors stated, today, that the defense was presenting false information ; a false narrative, in regard to the request claim while, also, attempting to "...cast a cloud of suspicion over the government officials who by way of conducting matters responsibly, "...are diligently doing their job."

The prosecution contended, further, that the defense has very little evidence to support their claims and should, therefore be corrected in their attempts at persuading the court by attempting to damage the government

The Prosecution was, however, unrelenting stating that the case against Trump is that iof tge former President's " persistence..." in refusing to cooperate with investigators pursuing the "... collection of President's records."

Whike the defense claimed that the former Predident's Q clearance was active at tge time the files were removed, the prosecution countered the claim stating that the President's clearance to peruse the classified files did not clear him to removing any of the classified documents and , from the Federal Archives, among, at least, 15 boxes and more of federally classified files and redituate in his personal storage bin at Mar-A-Lago. and/or any other private location .

The Prosecution stated, also, that the former President's clearance begsn in February , 2017 and ended at the time that his term as President ended.

Nonetheless, testimonies that were given by Secret Service members who assisted the President with relocating the unusually large volume of boxes of classified files. Secret Service members stated that they had no certain knowledge of tge vontent of the boxes and declined any responsibility for the classified files being stored at Mar-A-Lago.

Ultimately, the removal of the classified files is tge matter at issue. According to the federal policy , which constitutes a legal obligation to its adherence on the part of the President, the fact that the classified files were, unlawfully, removed from the Federal Archives , the action taken to store the files were, therefore, also. unlawful-- that stated according to Smith's team of prosecutors.
