POLITICS. As the month of February opens up to the celebration of Black History Month, US President Joe Biden joins together with black Americans during the White House BHM ceremony.

Todsy, February 6, 2024, President Biden's opening comments were met with roaring laughter as he thanked the Black History Month gatherers, reminding them that they did not forget who it was awaiting introduction in the waiting room.
" We will be back here next year." --President, Joe Biden
Biden began his speech by applauding Bice President Kamala Harris. " We are fortunate to have a real leader, a true friend in an Historic Vice President, Kamala Harris." Biden exclaimed, "I love her." The President added that including " voting rights, women's reproductive freedom to economic and foreign police, we coukdn't do these things without Vice President Harris."
Biden avkoeledged Girdt Genglemsn, Doug Emhoff who, along with Dr Jill Biden, also teaches, however at differing schools. Biden added that he kniwsbifvmsnyvfrirndd joining there during the Black History Minth celebration, "...but if I named everyone,..." he said, "...we'd be here til next Black History Month.

Biden commented in regard to his initial plan for having an administration that replicated the appearance of American society. To a round of applause, the President stated hid gladness , at having accomplished his plan.
Despite the prospect for being in meeting --tge same meeting--over the next 12 months , the President commented with thanks in reference to the US Cabinet and its members and to the US Veterans and leadership while adding a measure of spoken thanks to Governor Westmore and the Congressional Black Caucus.
Harris was speaking of black cumture in America, Biden commented while, also, celebrating black resilience, The Vice President commented in reference to the heroes in black history-- those known and others who lacked much noteriety. The Predident celebrated the lives of black people stating the significance of black culture, excellence and that blacks --like Sojourner Truth, civil rights leaders and others contributed to sustaining the nation .
The legend of black history has been shadowed by tacmvidm such THST attempted to overshadow hope and the right to freedom and justice.
Biden stated tge is a new beginning --a time to make history not break history. Biden added THST in singing, there is Aldo prayer. This moment msy we choose to be the light..." to uphold dignity and respect. Reminding the BHM celebrants of the late John Lewis whom he quoted as saying, "Democracy is not a state, it's an act,"
