On Sunday, despite warnings by the US , Israel Prime Minister, Netanyahu has moved ahead with strikes being brought against the region of Rafah.
Already the lives of more than 1 .3 million refugees have been placed at risk as Israel penetrates the region located at the Egyptian border-- the point of entry taken by the more than 1 million Gaza refugees who sought after peace , safety and abeyance to Netanyshu's evacuation demand.
Earlier on Sunday, President Joe Biden issued a warning to Netanyahu in regard to Israel's efforts at taking steps that would ensure the protection of Gaza refugees and other civilians residing in Rafah.
The concensus surrounding Netanyshu's decision to attack innocent civilians in his planned attack move against Rafah--following the urgent scurrying by refugees to exit Gaza on his command--is perceived as a cold, evil and vicious plot to annihilate Palestinian civilians, preventing their future habitation in Gaza at war's end.
Today, from Washington, tge most recent reaction to Netanyshu's strikes in northern Rafah has brought about a decision by zpresiden Biden to send an envoy to Egypt as a step made in quelling the violence.
At the behest of US President Biden, CIA official, William Burns will arrive in Egypt on Tuesday to engage in talks with Egyptian officials in regard to a hoped for cease-fire. According to reports, tge cease-fitted deal is expected to result in the release of 140 hostages currently being held by Hamas regimes.
