Governor Abbot Joins Disgruntled Texas Republicans In Dispute Over Senate Immigration Bill


STATE & NATIONAL: Following the news of US President Joe Biden's plan for redituating all legal immigration operations to be conducted on the federal level, Texas Republicans have become quite disgruntled. Todsy, Ted Cruz and others have stated their disagreement eith Predident Biden's plan.

A recent adjustment in immigration policies at the federal level has left Texas Republicans engulfed in a fire storm of disapproval. While Texas has existed as one of the states claiming to be invaded by thousands of illegal immigrants, leaders in Texas have lodged disputes aimed at the White House over the new Senate Bill that will remove from their hands any immigration legislative power.


The Emergency National Security Supplimrntal bill is situated inside a broader $118 billion dollar security package thst will, ultimately, return immigration lawmaking power to the the Washington District Court. .


Today, the US Dustrict Court in Washington DC May carry the full and singular authority to hear disputes over the challenges associated with the new Senate bill. According to Senstor Cruz and Texas Governor Abbott, the new bill will result in a loss for Texas.


Texas Governor Gregg Abbott is among 4 southern border Governors who have declared an invasion resulting from the unrelenting influx of illegal , Latino migrants. The states of Arizona, California and New Mexico are in agreement with Texas stating that an urgent response is necessary for putting a stop to the threat to residents of southern border states --threats resulting from events of human and drug trafficking and encroaching violence launched agsinst law enforcement by Cartels.


Governor Abbott snd Senator Cruz, both Republicans, agree that the Senate bill will relieve border states of any legislative power while, also, prohibiting intervention by states in District of Columbia hearings.


Cruz stated, today, that, given the immigration challenges centralization bill, the Biden administration has , now, prevented states from having the ability to sue the federal government.


In Texas, following the review of the Senate bill, Senator Cruz reflected on comments made by Mike Johnson, US House , who has stated his decision in regard to the bill, indicating that Republicans are ready to kill the Senate's Emergency National Supplimentsl Security Bill.
