Disputes Arise Between Biden & US DOJ’s AG Garland Surrounding Classified Files


POLITICS: Today, , information provided from Washington indicates that tge White House has reached logger-heads with the US DOJ and Merrick Garland. In a recent report, the situation that has developed involves DOJ in the hire of Special Counsel, Robert Hur and his presumptuous and comments made by Hur in regard to President Joe Biden, his attempts at dressing down tge President in regard to the recollection of his deceased son, Beau Biden's final moments prior to and following his death.

Todsy, following further investigation of DOJ axmctiond taken involving President Joe Biden., a bit more than questions have risen in regard to Attorney General, Merrick Garland's release of reports that are regarded as being a matter that disparages the President. Today, the White House peers further into the possibility of whether DOJ committed any violations against the Office of President in its release of reports that involved President Biden.


" One of the attorneys spoke to the department , Bradley Weisenheimen stated, that the "...identified language is neither gratuitous nor unduly prejudicial because it is not offered to criticize or demean the President..."


According to a report from DOJ , wuedtoondnputbuobtge department in regard to the release of documents associated with tge President containing complaints submitted to DOJ and were, however, rejected by top DOJ officials.


Last week, concerns arose on the part of by the White House surrounding Gsrland's release of files that involved the Predident's handling of White House classified documents . Complaints rejected by Garland had been fore was ended to the Attorney General by Biden's attorneys.


Attorneys for President Biden forwarded a letter to Garland stating their grievance with the fetsiks included in the DOJ investigation. Biden's attorneys stated that a more recent interview eith the President "...openly, obviously and blatantly violate department policy and practice."


In view of his examination of Hur's investigation Bradley commented that Special Counsel's comments were not meant to criticize the President.


In conclusion ofthe investigation , Hur stated that he found no need in furthering any prosecution of President Biden's handling of classified files.


Hur is scheduled for responding to questioning by the US Congress in March, 2024.
