US & GLOBAL: From the U.S. Department of Justice, a report has been made in regard to the U.S.' confiscated Russian funds that are being used to provide defense security by Ukraine. Apparently setting off alarms among Russias including former Russian President and Russia's Security Council chief, Dimitri Medvedev has stated the council's plan for launching nuclear attacks against U.S., UK, Ukraine and Germany.

Based on ingormation purported by Medvedev, the Russian Security Counvil chief states that an attack on the U.S. and sllies woukd be launched should rmRusdia fail to restore its 1991 border region territories of Ukraine, thereby losing the war .
Ukraine's is currently embroiled in tge battle for independence as tge nation's President relies on the support of global democratic nations.
According to reports made in regard to Medvedev's character, the once liberal leader has grown in vitriolic comportment as the Russian invasion has, also, persisted.
Earlier in the week, US President Biden referred DOJ to making the transfer of $500,000 dollars in confiscated Russian funds, such that will, ultimately, be used to assist with Ukraine defense.
A report made in regard to the funds and their subsequent transfer indicate that certain legal entanglements preclude the direct transfer of the half million dollar largess to Ukraine. The funds, DOJ spokesperson states, will be transferred to Estonia, thereafter, being received by Ukraine.
As a matter of steps taken by the US , in the wading waters of Congress and its continued stall on passing the President 's bilateral security bill, the funds that were confiscated by the U.S. during the discovery of an unlawful procurement network that attempted to make an illegal export to Russia of a high precision U.S. tool.
