STATE & NATIONAL: This weekend one of the final days inthe Fani Willis fisquslification hearing was held inthe Fulton County, Georgia, Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee. In the hearing conducted in regard to the District Attorney for Fulton County disqualification, today, there had been no final judgement call disclosed in regard to Fani Willis' status on the RICO Act violations prosecution team.

Today,, the Fulton county court convened, for a time that proceeded without the presence of county District Attorney, Fani Willis.
According to legal experts examining the details disclosed during the hearings , the case brought by Trump attorney, Ashleigh Mrrchant and defendant's team is hardly damaging. The comments THST proceeded forth following the hearings that concentrated on proving some financial wrongdoing onthe part of the District Attorney had not been proven out by the Trump legal team.

Some time after Mr Wade had been hired to serve as Fulton county Special Prosecutor in the RICO Act violations trial.
the court , also , heard from Mr Terrence Bradley, an attorney that handled Mr Wade's divorce case. Mr. Bradley had , also, communicated that he worked with the Fulton County District Attorney during the events involving the Trump influencers' election fraud investigation and stated he knew little or nothing about Willis and Wade's relationship.
Testimonies by both Willis and Wade were corroborated. The statements made by both in reference to their work on the case while investigating, disclosed thst the two engaged in occasional dining and infrequently shared lunches, their travels to various locations outside the United States and time spent together at DA Willis' condominium that followed Mr Wade's bout with cancer. In fact, both Willis and Wade commented in regard to the Dpecisl Prosecutor's ordeal with cancer , both indicating that their dating did not transpire until, st least, one year following his prognoses of healing.
Fani Willis stated that the sums of cash provided to Mr Wade were a total of $4500 dollars over his apparent pay, Willis and Wade testified that $2500 dollars was provided to Mr Wade during their shared trip to the Bahamas. A 2nd payment of $2000 dollars had been paid to Monday Wade prior to a trip outside the United Ststes. .
During his testimony Mr Wade stated , once perusing files indicating the hours he worked and the coordinating pay, the Attorney exclaimed stating that looking at the hours he worked and considering his actual pay was painful, Wade adding that the hours worked over time were not included in his salary.
On Friday, District Attorney Willis stated that the average pay for hired prosecutors leveled off at $250 dollars an hour, adding that she never paid more than that as the highest hourly wage paid to attorneys.
During the testimonies delivered in the court, Willis impressed as being a quite savvy , no none sense professional instructing Trump team defense lawyers to avoid trying to play wiliest games with her, summarily saying, ' don't forget who she is and her chief -status as the Fulton County District Attorney.
