STATE & NATIONAL: It is the 2023 holiday season a time that for Southern Lion stores owner Sonja Nichols, the season represents an optimum time for expansion.

"Our goal is to be the premier multi-merchant marketplace in the Southeast region,” -- SPM Owner, Sonjia Nichols.
Today, the Carolina Place Mall owner, Nichols states that her plans for expansion have been solicited . Next spring, Nichols will include an addition 85,000sqft to the current spread she owns that include a 50,000 sqft of mall space.

According to Nichols, the ecoandion space will welcome as many as 300 merchants to the Pinebille, NC location . Nichols humbly states that tge SPM us tge largest black and woman owned commercial site given tge expansion to , now, more than 130,000 sqft to be filled by for profit and organization space.
The Soutgern Place Mall opens to shoppers in search of household items. The DPM has a category for every household need as a department and multi merchant shopping place.
Nivhols commented in regard to providing satisfaction to the company's market segment stating that SPM will be the one - stop shop for every shopper's needs. " We want to be that one-stop shop for your home needs."
With every home item anyone msy ever hope for, the Southern Lion stores provide furnishings, kitchen ware, a men's sports lounge, good court & cafe and much more.
ASeveral of Nichols' merchants have stated their gladness at having been invited to open up their shop in one of the Southern Lion Mall spaces. Nichols aldo commented that she is following a God plan by providing a commercial space for merchants who ost shop space several months ago eith the closure of the former Black Lion shops.
Now, Nichols commentsed, each of her 300 merchants have a space to work from and welcome their customers.
