US & GLOBAL: The violence in tge Muddle East continues as U.S. & U.K. military launch attacks agains Houthi militias. Western governments have joined forces in a plan that is meant to bring about a halt to Houthi attacks on US bases, commercial vessels and other civilian vessels that cross the Red Sea. The U.S. reports today's attacks as one among an increasing number in a series of attacks that may persist until Houthi violence ends.

On Saturday, US and U.K. military launched one dozen and more attacks agsinst Houthi fighter in Yemen.
The air strikes brought about against Houthis imposed the power of a coalition of military forces. The U.S. and U.K. were joined by Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Netherlands and New Zealand on 18 Houthi facilities.
Western military forces struck underground weapons storage, missiles storage, one-way attack missile systems, a helicopter and air defense systems.
In past months, Houthi militia have continued to launch missile and drone strikes against commercial and civilian vessels traveling tge Red Sea. A total of 60 attacks have been launched by Houthis in the Red Sea and tge Gukf of Aden in tge last 100 or more days.
Attacks by Houthis pose a global economic threat and their threats on a number of economies around the world , now, require some distinctive and annihilating response, says Deputy Secretary Singh.
So far, the US and U.K. coalition has captured or stopped as many as 45 Houthi defense systems and facilities.
