While the SCOTUS decision may have hinged on the outcome of the Colorado primary, the Court has determined the necessity for announcing the decision prior to the primarily voting on Tuesday in Colorado.

According to Colorado state election law, any decision THST may be made by tge Supreme Court will not preclude the actual name from appearing on the ballot. The question THST remains unclear is whether by Tuesday, any votes olaced for Trump will be calculated.

In such event that SCOTUS decides tomoppisevzTrump's eligibility, the most egregious confusion could unfold, as a result. The one remedy to any such development associated with the state calculating unlawful votes is if voting devices may be set to redact a vote in accordance with an imposed law.

While more states appear to be removing tge Trump name from the ballot, the ginsl on the Colorado decision may determine whether even more states , across the board, may follow behind Colorado and Illinois.

Trump's legal team msy have time to enter an appeal to the Illinois removal of Trump's name --that which was conducted earkier in the week last week.

The Supreme Court may brace for a number of appeals by Trump attorneys as the balance of US states vye for determining the ineligibility of the former President and, therefore, have his name legally removed from the election ballot.
