Israel Reports the Fatalities of 2 IDF Soldiers During Saturday’s Ground -op Raid

US & GLOBAL: Today, Israel reports the deaths of 2 IDF soldiers killed during the raid on Al-Shifa conducted Saturday by Israel Defense Firces. The total number of soldiers niw reached 58 among those fatally injured during raid conducted in Gaza.

It has been an arduous plight that has caused nearly 4000 deaths and an inconclusive number of injuries. Israeli troops conducted group op tactics described as a plan to uncover the underground camping area of Hamas fighters.


During the most recent raids conducted by Israeli's IDF soldiers, Yehudit Weiss was one ofthe hostages reported dead. Most recently, the report of a hostage being shot by firing squad follows that of a 19 year old Egyptian guard, Corporal Noa Marciano, shot last week.


Hamas forces reached Israel with a warning , following the IDF bombing of Al-Shifa hospital inside Hamas territory. Hamas leaders stated that more hostages would be killed if the strikes upon Al-Shifa weren't ceased.


Israel reacted on Saturday to Hamas warnings, storming the Hamas hideout situated in the basement of the Al-Shifa hospital. IDF soldiers located ammunitions weapons and laptops used by Hamas soldier who apparently escaped the underground trenches prior to the raid.


Reports of the raid on Al-Shifa provided information of the deaths of the two Israeli soldiers, Sgt. Binyamin Meir Airley, 21, of the Paratroopers Brigade’s 101st Battalion, from Beit Shemesh. and Cpt. (res.) Roey Biber, 28, a team commander in the Combat Engineering Corps’ Yahalom unit, from Tzur Moshe, both IDF soldiers fatally injured during Saturday's raid.
