As documented in the investigator’s file release just yesterday, information indicated that the investigation by Special Prosecutor, Robert Hur ended after a yearlong probe into the one time Vice President’s removal and placement of classified files - a matter that , prior the House Judiciary hearings that convened this week, loomed over the 2024 presidential election.

Special Counsel Robert Hur has concluded his investigation into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents from his time as vice president. Despite finding evidence that Biden “willfully retained” materials,

On Tuesday, Hur stated he will not recommend criminal charges against the president. This decision comes after a thorough examination of the matter, and even if the Justice Department had not foreclosed charges against a sitting president.

In review of the Special Prosecutor's investigation in which it had been stated, Hur maintained that no criminal charges are warranted , there were questions surrounding Hur's decision while nothing determined by tge Special zProsevutor had been altered nor disputed during the HJC hearing..

During this week's hearing, members from both parties grilled Hur over his decision not to charge Biden, characterizing him as “an elderly man with a poor memory” and contrasting the classified documents probes into Biden and former President Donald Trump, who was charged.

The transcripts of Hur’s five-hour interview with Biden are now public, revealing both memory lapses and detailed exchanges.

The White House has pushed back against Hur’s report, but the investigation has been closely watched in the context of the 2024 presidential election
