"[M]uch more important - the Court finds, based largely on the District Attorney’s testimony...that the evidence demonstrated that the financial gain flowing from her relationship with Wade was not a motivating factor on the part of the District Attorney to indict and prosecute this case.”--Judge Scott McKafee

Announced today, Scott McKafee, the Judge presiding over the attempted Fani Willis disqualification hearings, has ruled in favor of sustaining Willis's virtual objection to being disqualified for continuing with the prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

In the year, 2020, Fulton county uncovered evidence that led to an investigation of the violations by 18 members of the Trump administration's advisers and attorneys and by Trump himself in an effort to use their influence to reverse and falsify the outcome of the Atlanta, Ga., voting returns made during the General Election.

Responding to the evidence gathered, District Attorney, Fani Willis, ordered a full investigation of the data that provided significantly evidence of errant activity. Including phone calls made by Trump and others of his following-- including calls made by Senator Lindsey Graham --the removal and perusal of voting machines were among the violations

Willis' charges against Trump include efforts at influencing Georgia officials to invalidate or nullify the will of Georgia voters by calling for election officials to find some 11,000 votes that did not exist. Conducting a scheme to influence 16 fake Georgia electors to cast fraudulent electoral college votes for Trump. The group of 19 was charged with attempting to influence poll workers actions by harassing, intimidating and threatening tge workers in a plan to influence the poll workers' testimony.

Judge McAfee made it quite clear that either Willis should step down or that she should terminate Wade's post on the RICO Act violations prosecution team.

In determining Willis qualifications, tge Judge passed on a number of allegation stated by the defense. Merchant and team of Trump-side attorneys attempted to disqualify Willis citing the Fistrict Attorney's reimbursements made to Wade. McKafee stated that Willis practices were " unusual" however the defense failed at corroborating allegations eith evidence.

The arrival at this conclusion by the Judge was , also, effective in determining thst Willis received no financial benefit by conducting the investigation alongside Nathan Wade whom she was, also, dating.

Today, while it is not absolutely certain that Nathan Wade will be leaving the team of RIVO Act violations prosecutors, it is, almost certain that District Attorney Fani Willis will not remove herself from the RICO Act violations trial agsinst Trump snd vo-conspirators.
