On Tuesday, former Trump National Trade official, Peter Navarro will report to the Miami federal irnetentiary following Navarro's lawyer's failed attempt at keeping their client out of prison.
Today, the case involving the former trade Chief, Peter Navarro, unfolds into one of the first convictions by Congress on the basis of tge refusal to comply with a subpoena. Navarro declined any response tothe January 6 House Judiciary Committee panel investigating the January 6 Capitol attack, 2021.
During the trial, the 74 year old Navarro was charged with contempt of Congress; the charge for which the former White House official will spend the next four months in the Florida federal prisons .
Navarro had been fought after by the House Judiciary Committee in regard to documents and information surrounding the Trump administration's plan to realign Electors College with fraudulent electors who would vote for Trump.
Navsrro's hope for an appeal has already been reject by the Washington DC District Court of Appeals.
