Federal Court Holds On Texas SB4 Recision Allows Arrests of Illegal Migrants


STATE & NATIONAL Now, as the smoke clears around the migration of Latino illegal immigrants, and Haitians become the focus of illegal migration attention, the Texas Supreme Court okays the state of Texas in a decision to arrest illegal Im migrants. The problem with the Texas Supreme Court decision is that, while Haitian immigrants are blacks, however, based on the UN law the 1951 Refugee Convention, the Haitians don't happen to be 'illegal' migrants neither are the Haitian refugees classified as war "criminals."

On Tuesday, the Texas Duoreme Court has, now, voted in favor of a law that enables state law enforcement to arrest migrants illegally entering the U.S. from Mexico. Today's decision land in the state's justice system immediately following the settled migratory efforts of hundreds upon thousands of Latino migrants whike seeming to put a halt to the migration efforts by others.


In an demonstrated effort made in rejection ofthe court's decision, 3 Texas justices walked out of the court room in protest of the new Texas law that would tend to , now block Haitians as each of the 3 justices called for the reinstatement of the federal law that states President Joe Biden, US DHS and tge USDOJ decision involving the Curcumvention of Lawful Pathways.


Today, during a tribunal involving Texas legislature's SB4, U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelograr commented in regard to the efforts made by Texas law makers to brazenly violate and otherwise, abridge federal laws. Prelograr stated in regard to Texas Governor Gregg Abbott's to push the preimptive SB4 legislation, "It is flatly inconsistent with federal law in all its applications, and it is therefore preempted on its face.”


During a final session surrounding the decision made by tge US Suoreme vourt, tge state of Texas will not be granted tge authority to impose SB4 whike the bill takes direct steps to circumvent federal authority to establish law by means of U.S. government authority over immigration.


On Monday, the higher federal court determined the need to place a hold on the Texas bill while indicating that more deliberation is hold surrounding the very humanitarian interest matter at issue. By Tuesday, however, the US Supreme Court turned a page, now, entering into the recision of any holds placed on SB4 which allows for the arrest of " illegal" migrants entering the U.S. through Mexico.
