POLITICS: In the last week of debates at the White House level that deliberated the prospect for the Biden administration's efforts at addressing border security v the request for military aid to Ukraine, Congress and President Biden may have brokered an agreement that eoukd sufficiently resolve both matters in question.

As members iftge Senate postponed tge leave for the Holiday break, talks with negotiators continued. Today, the White House announces the arrival at a plan that includes the possibility that, as the numbers of immigrants reach as high as 4000 per day, the greater possibility exists for the removal of excess numbers of asylum seekers.
The report from the White House does much to resolve any question surrounding thenpotentiss as l for those seeking asylum to be turned back, legally. According to comments made during the extended negotiations, The White House stated that the prospect for seeking ' asylum' is not meant to serve as an " open says me." order that would swing open the U.S. border doors wide enough for receiving asylum seekers at any number.
While the argument surrounding the entry and ecit of illegal migrants teetered between the administration's far left members , including Menendez, who voted for maintaining an open door and the far right members who elect to detain migrants, thereby, negating their being moved throughout the nation, while a determination of their legal status may be made during border processing.
A 2nd plank in the negotiations centered on the illegality of border crossing on the whole by undocumented aliens.
