NATION: Today, the US Supreme Court heard a repeat of the criticism launched against the abortion drilug by an alliance of anti abortions doctors. The Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine challenged the FDA in regard to the government entity's approval of Mifepristone, doctors alleging that the FDA approval was unsound.

It was in 2001 that the US FDA performed measurable research that resulted in the tge approval of the abortion medication Mifepristone. According to the FDA report fewer pregnant eomen had adverse results using Mifepristone compared to the act of a physician-performed abortion.

FDA determined the abortion medication is 97%effective in bringing about an early miscarriage that transpired within the first 60 days of pregnancy.
Information provided by the FDA states that the testing found no medical dangers associated with the use of Mifepriston. The FDA stated that the generic abortion medication is equally safe. The FDA indicates that Mifepristone is safe during gestation of up to 70 days.
Today, the Suoreme Court questioned whether the Alliance has significant standing to challenge the FDA approval of Mifepristone. The court stated that the Allisnceceoukd be faced with the proof involving the potential that the FDA acted capriciously or arbitrarily. The Supreme Court Aldo question tge district courts grant for preliminary relief.
Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson stated, Today, that the Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine is indicates that if there should not be any hands on abortion pergormabmnce conducted, then, there should be no form of abortion at all, Brown Jackson indicates that by the Alliance the Supreme Court is being asked to ruled against abortion.
Following the SCOTUS hearing, the atmosphere surrounding the possible decision was nearly as clear cut as the case determined last year in July in which a vote approving the FDA decision was upheld 7-2 , Justices Alito and Thomas dissenting.
