Ohio Law Enforcement Arrest Illegal Migrant Posting Squatter’s Instructional Info on TikTok


US & GLOBAL: Today, after a Venezuelan migrant made every effort to assume squatters' rights while persuading other migrants to follow suit, police in Geauga county were, thereafter, set upon a manhunt to put a stop to the illegal act of migrant trespassing. Today, police have reported having located Leonel Moreno while he remained hold-up in a vacant house in Gahanna, Ohio.

Arrested on Friday in Geauga county, Ohio, Leonelo Modena had finally been captured by police after his having made his way into the United States in 2022.


Moreno was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and is currently being held in the Geauga county jail pending further court action.


In April , 2022, Moreno had been apprehended by police and placed on ICE's Alternative to Detention program. The program contends that illegsl migrants seeking clearance must return to the Enforcement and Removal Operations for a hearing within 60 days. Moreno failed to comply with authorities and was, therefore placed on police arrest list.


Earlier in the week, police begsn a manhunt after Moreno posted instructional information meant to inform other illegsl migrants on how to remain in the U.S. and avoid deportation. The TikTok post ' @leitooficial_25 has been removed.


Moreno will remain in Geauga county jail until his arraignment and possible clearance for remaining in the United States.
