Israel’s Raid On Shifa Ends As Shelling Continues In Surrounding Neighborhoods

US & GLOBAL: In Israel on Monday, Israeli troops stormed the Shifa Hospital in search of Hama soldiers. Just months ago the Shifa was devastated by shelling and bomb blasts that wrecked the structuring, but left standing the walls of the hospital edifice. Today Israel's military stated that walls were blasted however no harm was brought upon the innocent civilians residing inside the hospital.

Today, with scores of adults and 21 patients remaining inside the Shifa, the Israel raid on the only standing hospital in Gaza scaled events caused by Hamas that were described as horrendous and extremely deadly.


Today, the Shifa provides tge one element of life harnessed by those who remain inside. Reports indicate that conditions inside the hospital are, themselves, life threatening as the spread of germ borne disease spread through out the groupings of people who are left with no indoor water and 1 container of bottle to share between every 15 people.


What was much similar to tge first rounds of raids on Shifa Hospitsl were the episodes of fighting in areas surrounding the hospital. Residential areas were blasted as dwellers were being forced to evacuate. The fighting was heard blocks away in areas around the Shifa. One family reported losing 7 of its members whike the count of today's raid casualties have not been reported as air strikes persisted with blasts that struck against human, and animal life and structures.


By the days end, tge Israel military disclosed information surrounding the 900 arrests that were made. The statement made by Israeli authority on the ground indicated that 500 of those arrested have been confirmed as top leaders and members ofthe Hamas.
