In 2019, tge first reports were made in regard to the effects of PEME , Pulsed ElectrMagnetic Energy which , in effect, strikes by way of an energy way in a manner that replicates that of the microwave.
The PEME wave permeates human flesh however remaining undetectable save for the damage and other potentially symptomatic effects and injuries caused.
Recently, the return to investigations surrounding the events associated with those that match the Havana Syndrome have been recently detected. Partnered with investigations conducted by the CBS new series, 60 Minutes host, Scott Cameron Pelley, along with Russian publications The Insider and Der Sprigel, evidence that was discovered by the group pointed to a Russian military operative referred to as 29155.
The reports made recently are appearing to be in lock-step with indlcidents reported by US diplomats in 2014, 2016 indicating that attacks have not stopped.
In years passed, officials and government employees targeted by the attacks described a number of various types of physical attacks . While the majority described the sound of a type of sound wave, often piercing the ear, bring gears as if embedded in the head, the sound of roaring replicating that of a lion, the effects of a sudden strike upon the left side leaving the impression of having a stroke, forcible strike against the back so forceful that it throws its victim to their knees. Today's attacks are inclusive of those which were reported in the last 5-10 years and include reports of excessive nose bleeding repeatedly and profusely , extreme and inconquerable head paid that does not adhere to pain medication, vomitting and piercing sound waves penetrating the ear space of small children and adults giving a pulsating sensation in the head region, imposed hives and sore blisters, extreme muscular pain and strikes against human gender anatomy.
Five years ago, the 60 Minutes report interviewed one man who was permanently injured by the attack which left him with injuries for which he continues to receive out-patient treatment.
During a press briefing on Monday, the White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre stated that the Biden administration has determined the need to launch a full investigation of the recent events, such that uncovered the strong possibility that attacks were conducted by the invasive efforts of Rusdian military group, GRU Unit 29155.
The White House has not indicated the extent of parties that may be involved with the Russian GRU however tge government has identified the attacks as being directly related to the Cuban Latino group whose attacks were referred to as the 'Havana Syndrome.'
